Slight reflection off of the rim of the front facing holes on the helmets…I think
They could actually be Cat-eye friend or foe markers . They’re luminescent strips usually put on the back of the head or shoulders that reflect just enough light to see someone is ahead of you in dark spaces.
Most military helmets or hats have them. At least the ones I know of.
To scare nosy teenagers and their dogs away from their swamp scams.
Zoomed in it appears to actually be reflection off the edge of the front mounting holes in their helmets.
I’m going to say they are wearing Ironman helmets.
