Forklifts were doing better than I thought, until it tipped over.
I would have lifted up, then pulled the train out, then lowered and pulled manageable quantities.
Actually, everything should be done by crane, but I guess management told them to use the forklifts cuz getting and assembling one on site costs a lot.
