    This has national security concerns. He shouldn’t be near anything requiring a security clearance, which likely means he shouldn’t be CEO of SpaceX.

      Also shouldn’t be in charge of a popular social media site. Even ignoring that he can probably read private messages as easily as the public ones, the moderation power alone is too much for IMO any private entity to have.

      And yeah, I would also apply that to legacy media and other popular media sites.

    Always knew Musk cozying up to Trump was probably because some charges would be coming down the line.

    Just didn’t think it would be treasonous

    Had my money kn something else entirely

      I may be wrong, but I get the impression that the US legal system does not allow for real (not a $3.50 fine) prosecution of oligarchs/high end organized crime outside of some edge cases (Theranos, Madoff) where it’s physically impossible to come up with an excuse.

      That crime family running a “legal” opiate distribution cartel comes to mind.
