Unless he’s secretly also the admin of that instance, I’m struggling to understand how that is a thing. Like I said, he taunts users who think they can stop his trolling campaign, and it’s exactly what he’s done in this case. Showing a screenshot of that report is a head scratcher, other than it’s obviously meant to show he knows about the report and that nothing will ever come of it

Reporting him in the communities he mods does go to the Admins of that instance, bypassing the mod structure entirely.

You can also report PMs, that also goes straight to the Admins of the instance.
