I never understood Twitter. I tried it for like a almost a month and eventually forgot my password and just didn’t care anymore.

But when I did use it, you make a tweet or comment and then either no one responds to it, or like a hundred people respond with mostly vitriol or just total confusion, not even relating to your comment.

It ended up just being like a really shitty news feed, with a mix of random people from Ghana that started following me and visa versa for whatever reasons.

I feel like the answer to most of these open ended questions are that the taxpayers are going to waste a Yuuge! amount of money on lawsuits from a ton of different states. Things will get tied up in court, their will be rulings, rulings will be ignored, etc. If nothing else, we can rest assured we are going to see our tax dollars lit on fire. Right… that’s why there should be a high salary and good pension for running, getting elected and serving. If you can run once and technically retire decently, it would incentivize normal people to run. Hopefully once you have enough regular folk you can ban insider trading.

But even as it is, insider trading only really helps the people with money already. What am I gonna take the pittance I have in the bank and invest it? I would only be slightly less poor, even with some amazing trades.

I think you might be looking at this wrong. Over 20% of agricultural products are exported in the US, less than 15% is imported. Food is a substitution commodity, if you can’t buy one kind, you will buy another.

There is and will be no shortage of food in America. Food grown in central and south America? Maybe. This will just hurt all those farms exporting soy beans when the retaliation comes in to play.
