Yes, but im already using the computer for other things and it would be more inefficient to double up on heating sources. I can confirm from personal expirence a PC in a small room can sufficently act as climate control.

The only other time FEMA and the federal government have done this was 9/11. Not even hurricane katrina or super-storm sandy got 100% federal relief funding (This policy was enacted in 2021 Link). The truely shameful part of this is that the GOP and 47 can not be trusted to not withhold relief funding because LA didnt vote for him. Based on the entities who would like the narrative to be anything other than an accident, im not inclined to believe any reports unless they can validate their findings and prove they dont have interests that align with musk or 47, until such a time I believe it was not intentional, likely a manufacturers defect (which are common for that vehicle anyway).

This time the Soviet commander is entirely done with this shit and tells every soldier in the convoy to get out of their transports and hunt down the voice. The sounds of pitch battle begin again, but after a while one of the Soviet soldiers runs back to the commander shouting “No! Its a trap! There is two of them!”.

A lot of them are domino effects, like getting rid of the department of education would eliminate school lunch programs. A little critical thinking goes a long way.
