I am disturbed by the number of people who don’t understand that WiFi is not the internet.
Many people now don’t use any wired internet connected devices. So wifi being out at home means none of their devices have internet.
Maybe an exception for their cell phone. Even then a lot of people have limited mobile data plans and rely on their home internet most of the time.
