Gotta downvote this link to a horrible site. So many ads and pop-ups, and I never saw the picture in question

There’s nothing wrong with those hands. There’s ~15-18 fingers between the two of them and the joints are totally in the right place.

Yeah why are the hands such a dead giveaway. If AI fixes that it will be so much harder to prove. Now there is always something that just seems wrong with the pics but the hands are so much easier to quantify.

It’s amazing how many glitches people are able to spot. I don’t really have an eye for that level of detail but usually just get a vague unnaturallness

I use Android (Samsung) and I’ve never been able to find one that works. Sometimes I use Chrome, but many apps, like Connect for Lemmy have a builtin web viewer that I think is using the native web browser (so I need something that covers both). I would appreciate any suggestions.

Generally “Reader Mode” is sufficient and I have my browser set to that by default. However sometimes sites are not functional in reader mode and those are usually the same ones that are most toxic.

It also drives home the point of how poor the internet is with accessibility. Imagine having to rely on reader mode to get through the toxic sludge that makes up most of the internet, but yet we have to rely on every day

Edit: yes, I was also using an adblocker but iPhone adblockers are limited and in this case useless
