They’re using the living room wrong.
That’s basically what Graveyard looks like when I arrive at 06:15.
As someone who ended their graveyard shift at 06:00, I can confirm that is the look we give to people.
Nightshift runs 20% dayshift comes in, makes adjustments for 5 minutes and runs all day. Also nightshift is understaffed with mostly new people.
Eh, I’ve been up since 03:00. Sleep is a luxury I can’t afford.
