Does anyone know why the Russians use that blue color in their cockpits?
I read at one point it was thought the color would help keep pilots as alert as possible.
It’s to calm the pilot so they don’t panic before being vaporized out of the sky by AIM-120’s from BVR 100 miles out
That’s green tho.
Maybe less glare from reflection of sunlight?

DCA broke me because I know about 90% of those buttons and switches
I always dream of the one day where I’m in a situation where I’d have to operate one for some dire reason, and I can just glide through the operations.
