I second this. Variety of communities, not generally a creepy or racist shithole, mostly neutral politics and moderation, shit just works
I’d avoid anything federated with Hexbear or Lemmygrad.
I’ve been thinking about switching over to Lemmy.today
Lemmy Shit Post is the best for just a laugh and with little political nonsense
I’ve stuck with lemmy.ml because I like being able to access the trans comms on both hexbear and blahaj, which are defederated from each other.
