If it wasn’t for gerrymandering and voter suspension they would’ve been extinct a while back. We might’ve even had something other than a 2 party system and ranked choice voting. As long as the alternatives keep getting tastier and cheaper, I’m all in. I’m glad it worked out for you, but I didn’t have the same experience when I tried removing meat from my diet. I’ve been able to find substitutes and recipes to eat way less meat, but I still get that need if I haven’t had any for a while. I can’t wait for the day that the alternatives bump off meat completely for me, but for now I’ll consume as little as I can.

I’ve been incorporating mushrooms into a lot more meals where there would be larger portions of meat, so damn tasty.
