I was trying to understand who would downvote science, then I remembered too many people limit themselves to just the one book. 🤦‍♂️

Not even those bookkeeping accountants serving the satraps back in ancient Persia could have imagined they’d get this far while stitching together that patchwork narrative that came to be known as the one and only true book for fooling the suckers.

wait wasnt the bible primaruly written by greeks, Syrians, turks, Palestinians, and West Asians?

And the quran was written by Arabs all over West Asia right?

What Persian book do millions of people follow nowadays? Or was I taught wrongly?

Of course you were taught (partially) wrong.

What some call Old Testament was written by Palestinians firstly in the Neo-Babylonian, then Persian diaspora. Don’t make any mistake, these people were privileged aristocrats, either secular or religious. I put the time of the writings in the Persian period what’s arbitrary but not proven wrong. They were cult, and rich, enough to work as copyists, scribes and bookkeepers: activities well appreciated by the satraps. One could say that the Persians invented the bureaucracy.

And the Egyptians had a finger in the New Testament too, but the majority of Coptic contributions in the first two centuries was ruled out by Roma.

Mithraism is alive and well in its Judeo-Christian transmutation.
