Yeah, but it’s still a bop. Soken usually sticks to the tropes, but after fighting things like fairy kings and bug dudes to very… unique boss themes, I think he gets a pass.

When I try to think of stereotypical “American” music, it’s always either this, Trace Adkins, or Earl Scruggs. Soken made the right choice with Bones Malone and The Spooky Boys.

Then again, you know Soken must have at least thought about it for the Western areas, complete with Koji Fox doing a fake twangy accent singing about booze, his ride, and those cow analogue things you can ride.
