On his Truth Social platform, Trump reposted a photo of E. Jean Carroll with large letters that read: “Should a woman go to jail for falsely accusing a man of rape? Retruth if you want justice for Trump.”
That post sounds like it breaks the terms of the previous settlements against him by Carroll. Grounds for yet another lawsuit
But multiple court cases and judges have found that she didn’t lie.
Agreed, but I’m not sure if those civil rulings would stop the DoJ from filing criminal charges if Trump pushes them into it.
If it does stop them, he’ll just keep replacing the AG until it doesn’t.
He can’t win in any court where he doesn’t own the judge.

So, the appeal for the $83.3 million is still going WHILE the first appeal was still not finished? Odd way of scheduling.
But the interest on $83.3million is also still going, right?
