in my country you’re not obligated to answer to anything work related after your work hours unless you’re manager or superior or it is exliciptly said in work contract that you be on call.

I think mötley crüe is very mediocre in terms of music. kinda meh in all aspects.

barefoot shoes saved my back I used to have constant backpain since teenagers, now I have walked one year with barefoot shoes nad my posture is better than ever and I feel some stiffness at worst. I do walk a lot and play disc golf pretty much though, but I did before barefoot shoes too and I still had back pains.

also worth noting I started using them at almost 23 years old

they were quite shit for a while but the latest are allright. I still mostly watch the older ones. I have addiction
