I used to joke with my surgeons that I’m running out of quarters to put in the anesthesia machine. Pretty soon it’s not going to be a joke.
I have no sympathy for any insurance company trying to save money in any way at all.
What’s the problem? The surgeon I assume knows the timeline (which the insurance company came up with via decades of expertise), they just need to work faster.
