I’m not sure what they mean by cheap, but the tailors and shoe cobblers are saying this themselves. They might just be talking about commercial real estate rents. I certainly don’t see the teeny tiny shops that are packed next to each other almost like a shanty town in Manhattan or Beverly Hills so maybe per square foot it’s comparable but you’re not being forced to rent 10,000 square feet.
