    Do they need to dominate conversations, preventing other people from talking, to do their job effectively?

    In conclusion, you’re trying to argue things I didn’t even say. But I do appreciate how your comment had no ad hominem attacks.

    But yes, I think a powerful person commands respect and can dominate a conversation. Dominating meaning with truth, clarity, intelligence, patience, and persuasiveness. And probably not saying something demeaning, like being talked to like a child, like “I’m talking.”

    Also, don’t immediately think I’m even impling ol trumpster has these qualities because I don’t think he does.
