Add him to the next case as knowing accomplice with criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice. He’s publicly calling for a criminal act on an individual.
If someone makes threats you have to assume they’re serious and not just wave it away as “unclear”.
It’s a good reminder to all of us. The law is for us to follow, not for rich people or politicians. They can do whatever they want and get away with it.
