I’m lucky there are a lot of trails and paths around my town. I walk about 5km every day, done so for more than 2 years now and listening to audiobooks helps the time pass quite quickly. What also helps a lot is doing some pushups at home as well, for a few months I did 100 pushups throughout the day and it really makes a difference.
