Sean Combs, known as Diddy, was arrested on Monday, according to a person with knowledge of the investigation.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, issued a statement saying, “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.”
The fact that the Pro-Active acne commercial mascot has been the hip hop boogie man for decades is wild. This guy has assaulted and raped women and men, blew up kid cudis car to try and kill him, and is getting called out by Eminem for putting the hit out on Tupac. What the actual fuck.

Indictment means that a grand jury have decided to charge you with a crime. The judge puts a warrant out for your arrest.
