This is the worst, I feel so uncomfortable. How am I supposed to react to somebody shit-talking their own place? Especially if it’s nicer than my living arrangement.
It’s just anxiety, throw them a quick compliment about something and unless they really have a complex, that usually closes the loop and you can move on.
