Asking for a friend? It’s tough out here. No face shots.

Selling yourself is not an easy job. If you can, then sure, go for it. But for each person making thousands there are thousands of people making pennies.

As a cornfed brick-shithouse built Midwestern hairy dude in my late-30s, I’d do it right now if there were a market for chubby hairy dudes but I know better and I’d rather not embarrass myself.

If I knew I was going to make some money? Sure. But I hear it’s super difficult since so many people do the same. But if you think you have a gimmick, or are super attractive, you could make a but of change.

Well the bigger question is, would you buy it? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Jokes aside… Not attractive enough. Even if I’m attractive, OF creators are quite competitive as it’s kind of a “winner takes all” market. So probably not worth it… Besides, for conventionally attractive people shouldn’t there be easier ways to make money off looks? For example landing a modeling gig that has a more steady pay or something like that

Only the top percentage make good money. Doubt it will earn more than a minimum wage job unless you do some weird fetish.

The percentage seems to be padded out by inactive accounts or something, even the worst only fans profiles I’ve seen are showing ‘top 1%’ banners

Many of the inactive accounts will be people who signed up and started, but made no or too little money, so abandoned the idea. They’re still worth counting when working out how likely a new person will be to make money. Other inactive accounts will be bots or catfish where there was never any intention to make money the way people expect the site to be used, so you can still discount a lot of them, but it’s not all of them.

Yes, especially with no face shots. That being said, I think it’s brutally competitive these days. You are probably better off checking the beer money reddit sub if you are having trouble making ends meet and can’t find a proper job.

I have a bit of an exhibitionist kink. If I thought I could make more money then I currently do, I totally would.

Ok if for some reason, let’s say I like, went viral for wearing a speedo on a dare, and suddenly the whole internet is like “yo wheres his OF at?”

Absolutely. It’d be a quick few fucking million dollars.

But like, as a nearly 40 year old dude who has no general recognition? I would earn $0. There are tons of penises to look at just like mine out there for free.

Would fans pay to watch a short, fat guy write code while wearing nothing but his underwear (and sweat pants, and a slightly over-sized t-shirt)?
