PARIS (AP) — France’s government on Wednesday ordered the dissolution of multiple extreme right and radical Muslim groups, four days before the first round of high-stakes legislative elections that may see a surge in support for political extremes.

Unfortunately the French left wing is so divided on ideological grounds that they put themselves out of any electoral range

Also, the antisemitism talked about in the article is genuine hatred of Jewish people, not just anti-Israel rhetoric.
i was referring to the american version of the anti-isreal rhetoric; there’s a bill in congress that will enable labeling anti-genocide protestors as antisemitic and will give our government the ability to treat them as a hate group as was done in france with the radical islamic group thing.
jonas paris is the example used to justify the labeling like fox news shows stock footage of gang violence to activate their base or democrats pointing to project 2025 to activate theirs.
Where do these radical Muslim groups in the U.S. exist? Because I’ve never seen them anywhere.
i suspect there’s too few in this country to see these kinds of groups.
It’s code for “Muslims and brown people in general”. It’s just a fig leaf to cover the prejudice up.
It’s so weird how some Americans are so terrified of Muslims. They’ve likely never even met a Muslim considering they’re about 1% of the population.
