Folks, really seriously genuinely, talk to your regular ass doctor about a diagnosis if you’re looking to get assessed. Mine just gave me the assessment for no charge because I was already there for something else.
He even said if I wasn’t happy with the results he would write me a referral to whoever and just send it to my insurance like a specialist referral, so they’d at least HELP even if it’s out of network.

This is coming from someone who hates google, but if this person’s entire family had died, I would put a LOT of that blame on them before google.
But the entire industry is built around frequent updates and outmoding older models. I had a phone that was no older than 2 Y/O when my cell carrier did some kind of tower update that rendered it completely unusable.
I hate that we’re conditioned to treat these powerful computers like throwaway technology just because a marginally improved model is made available.
