It is only when Israel responds to an entire year of daily missile attacks by Hezbollah that attention is paid.

UNIFIL was warned by Israel to get out of the way before they entered to stop the attacks by Hezbollah which UNIFIL couldn’t/wouldn’t.

I don’t understand how it is synchronized globally. Seems unlikely they agree at Davos under a full moon and then laugh maniacally but I am at a loss for a plausible explanation.

Telegram successfully fought against attempt of blocking in ussia in 2018 by providing regular updates and using different techniques to avoid blocking.

I too heard Russia blocked all social media for a couple of days except Telegram, claiming they could not. Sounds like a deliberate exemption to bolster its reputation. China has blocked it (apart from VPN’s).

No I don’t trust their methodology. In fact I am suspicious the numbers are entirely fictitious. I imagine they are highly guarded confidential information which is not public.
