It’s already the case in France and makes sense to me. In my bike lane, everybody rides at 20 to 27 km/h, there isn’t huge disparity of speed. It makes the bike lane safer IMO.

Sidewalks are made for pedestrians, there isn’t much to argue there.

I will not do any gaming on my laptop, I really only need a quality screen to read documents and display the occasional Netflix video

I have bought Thinkpad T for many years following your advice. Then I moved to Dell Latitude 3 years ago as this was your recommendation. So far, very happy with them!

Where should I go for my next laptop? Is it time for framework?

(I’m looking for 14" business laptops, excellent screen, good audio, light and solid, performance is a nice-to-have, Linux-only)

It’s amazing how much the combination of those 3 excell at covering almost any use case.

20 years smoking 10 to 15 cigarettes a day, switched to vaping for 4 years, then quit completely as I was fed up with the logistics of vaping.

My last cigarette was 9 years ago and I don’t miss it at all. I consider vaping was the biggest reason I quit, seconded with the avoidance of social situations where smoking is common.

Same for Reddit, still very much alive apparently.

In my past 20 years in investment banks, i saw only one a guy with a Mac. He was in communication. Everybody got a Thinkpad X, T or X1 Carbon for the execs.

I don’t understand your comment. They are the good guys browser-wise but that doesn’t mean they are good guys everywhere.
