  • I think the “jealous europeans” part shouldn’t have been said. advice: Don’t say you or your country are better than others.

I literally joined sh.itjust.works because aggressive people are my weakness. If I post something with good energy and someone attacks, I’m not a brawl enjoyer; I go straight to kill mode. I considered Canadians a peaceful species, so I made an account here.

In my own realms it’s the aggressive people who attack others that I remove. I do not want my new users interacting with them, old users having to interact with them, them to appear to be the face and persontype of my place… I also rule with an iron fist tho. I value diverse ideologies and viewpoints but do not tolerate aggression.

Maybe you are not assertive enough in preventing bullying among your flock and one just reached up and bit you. A clear warning first and to make the bullied person feel they are not in the wrong, then send the bully to another instance if they continue.

Reminds me of a post where someone was being viciously attacked for innocently sharing their view.

I actually felt I had to step in and reassure the poster they were ok after and it seemed to help.

I don’t know how people like that are allowed to roam the varying areas. Just make them reroll far away.

Seems like one of that type of person bit you and you lashed back and in so doing “overly defended” america in saying others are jealous; and then you got the downvotes.

I don’t see the hate of Americans issue as much as it being acceptable to viciously attack people if not personally sharing their viewpoint; and that shouldn’t actually be acceptable behavior. It should be highly looked down on and removed. Being civil isn’t just words; it’s the energy one conveys toward others.

edit: also people joining or initially starting in just any instance and eventually rerolling to one more fitting them is a natural thing which happened here.

  • It’s weird but I actually don’t consider people fulfilling normal everyday professions as heroes. It may be because I played heroes of might and magic 3 as a kid and my concept of ‘hero’ has connotations of someone being extraordinary.

I mean, don’t get me wrong, since those kids are apparently destined to be workers according to james, idolizing normal jobs is ummm ok. But it’s sort of like taking kids who specifically want to be extroardinary and telling them “no. u will be a brick in the wall.”

When I think hero i think Guru Aurobindo, Feynman, Mai Bhago, StBridgid, Barry the Dog, neem karoli baba, ben franklin, selassie, carl sagan, etc etc etc.

So haha BUT when a kid wants to be extraordinary and above the norm, the correct answer is to empower them upward to reach what heights they can; not pull them down.

  • had never looked up rbst but doing so right now and right from the start here’s this.

i assume tho that the profit from rbst milk caused the FDA to overlook something like that. Anyway, this is my point. When the FDA states something, i just assume they are doing it to sway the public for the sake of allmighty capitalism; and that them specifically going out of their way to say something actually implies the opposite is true.

  • in fact,

I made the base of what I’m typing to you in in that kotlin era where I’d be smoking constantly while progressing. So ProgressXWeed can definitely happen successfully and, in my case, it was thru setting hard limits and rules on which activities when. And then I get the extra high thought quality of the weed in the coding. Anyway, that’s how I did the weed and progress puzzle. Everyone’s journey is different tho. Time to code until at least 10 without looking at social media again. Bai

  • I didn’t smoke at all for a month a little while ago and eventually found a lack of creativity stalling my projects which is what brought me back to dabbing. BUT I only remember dreams if i haven’t smoked for like 8 hours before sleeping. So I feel a natural cycle of dab and generate ideas in the morning; and do more worklike parts and relax in the evening, then have great dreams having accomplished things.

The crucial thing I find for keeping up progress is blocking myself from activities: No videogames before noon (and now in a videogame lull I may have to make that rule for social media instead).

Tho now trying no weed late in day, historically when I’m on a roll I basically wake up knowing what part to code in, go to noon while purely coding, eventually reach a natural stopping point, and if I’ve really done that, I feel no shame in relaxing, historically with videogames and continuing smoking, as much as i want until i sleep. If coding left me with nonthinking parts like ‘copypaste and slightly modify all of these 100 functions’ I also save that for later day between or during games instead of the high creativity of the morning.

Especially in Kotlin getting in to digital keyboard(input method service) I’d code to noon and often just be so in to it I’d view other focuses as wastes and keep smoking every 2 hours while coding until like 4am.

Anyway, everyone is different and I am only sharing what works for me to achieve this same goal, but my suggestion is hard limits on the nonproductive activities taking up the time with the weed. My first step getting production on track wasn’t stopping weed but the activities eating infinite time and switching them to being rewards for good behavior. Now that I also want memorable dreams is when i am limiting when I smoke.
