Imagine a world in which older folks could not just automatically expect to make all the decisions for younger folks, I think at least it would be a lot fairer with a lot less abuse and fewer/no shitty laws meant to gatekeep/control them specifically.

Twinsen’s Quest (Little Big Adventure 1 reamke) and Fallout London.

Twinsen’s quest is great, but… it has a lot of bugs that need fixing, the subtitles don’t always match up to what is being said and in some places there is no indication of what needs to be done leaving the player (me) feeling and being stuck.

Fallout London is great but for some reason in some areas it just… crashes to the desktop without so much as a warning, just closes completely.

None of us are human so most of this won’t apply to us. However, it may be bad timing and correlation not causation.

However, SimpleX is very bare bones and does not have the security nor legal testing (I’ve not really seen an audit but maybe I missed it) meaning it cannot really be trusted yet and most normal folks won’t move to it. It’s been 2 years (or more) for example since someone asked for a proper iPad version and still nothing last we checked.

There’s also no easy profile syncing yet.

Sadly Molly is only avaliable on Android and not everyone has Android on all their devices. Plus there’s Linux Tablets out there which can’t easily run it either.

I wouldn’t say Matrix is secure nor turstworthy, they ignored a security vulnerability for years and many clients aren’t updated to the latest encryption library yet, not everything is encrypted by default and the company behind it cares more about businesses than the ‘normal’ person.
