If we were somewhat interested, what are housing costs looking like up there? Down here in Vancouver, WA a 4 bed 2 bath can easily be $500,000

My wife and I were speculating about moving to B.C. Canada today…
Unless you have actual evidence of election interference, don’t try spreading conspiracy theories.
Maybe, maybe not. Neither you or I are familiar enough with it to say one way or another.
I went for a routine dental cleaning today and my dentist integrated a specialized AI tool to help identify cavities and estimate the progress of decay. Comparing my x-rays between the raw image and the overlay from the AI, we saw a total of 5 cavities. Without the AI, my dentist would have wanted to fill all of them. With the AI, it was narrowed down to 2 that need attention, and the others are early enough that they can be maintained.
I’m all for these types of specialized AIs, and hope to see even further advances in the future.
And then everyone stood up and clapped
My first thought as well. I like being a trumpeter and don’t want that taken away
But that’s a goose!

Edit: Damn I’m getting roasted for getting it wrong. I totally am wrong, but when I’ve been awake for only 5 minutes that’s bound to happen XD
Costco’s optometrist said they couldn’t buff out the scratches on mine since they don’t actually use glass anymore. They use polycarbonate lenses which are strong and won’t shatter if broken (I’ve definitely tested this on accident…)
You can play any games you want, though? Throw an emulator on there and play all your old games. Install non-steam games, add them to Steam using its very easy to use “Add a non-Steam game” button, and play as normal.
Heck, if you don’t like Linux you can just install Windows on the thing.
Steam takes a lot of money and then turns around and invests it into the gaming community.
I love Elegoo’s printers. Got a Neptune 2S and a 3 Pro tuned and running Klipper, they’re good workhorses
Come on and SLAM
And welcome to JAPAN
Yeah, not touching that website with a 30 foot pole
Technically speaking, Ozempic is a weight-loss drug. Both are semaglutide, with slight variations on dosing. It’s not FDA approved as a weight loss drug, but can be used off-label for it.
I whole heartedly agree about influencers peddling them as miracle prescriptions. It just takes more away from the already limited stock.
We wear them in the pharmacy as well. No risk of getting them dirty with blood or anything, they’re just clothes.
Holy shit you weren’t kidding. Of course Vancouver isn’t the only option. We’ll have to do some research to see where affordable housing is (and see what the average salary is for my profession)
