I completely agree. The Orville is a fantastic show that really captures that TNG feeling while still being its own thing through humor.

What can I say, value is subjective, but at least to me it’s not what I would describe as Big Mac pricing.
This is a $70 game with a ‘season pass’ and the ultimate edition is $130. That’s hardly big mac price.

This guy’s videos. He has the perfect cadence and voice for it, and the right video length too. To be perfectly honest I have no idea if the content of the videos is good, but they’re very useful.
I have the same card. If those are your options, wait for the 5 series, but I would have a look at AMD as well.
Deskmat under the keyboard
Tape and/or foam mods in the case (will change the pitch of the sound, which might disturb less)
O-rings, but these will change how they keyboard feels. I didn’t like them
Foam inserts for keycaps - like o-rings but foam. never tried them
Lubricating the stabilizers - should mitigate some space and enter key rattle
If your keyboard supports hotswap, new switches are a more expensive option.
Edit: The person who invented markdown WYSIWYG text editors is on my shit list
Have you checked out any other thinkpad? I’m not in Slovenia but my local price comparison website only shows upgrades for this one in stock, and the laptop itself only from a refurbishing place. Maybe this thing is just out of stock.
That doesn’t mean anything in a lot of countries.
Hang in there, Stamets. I don’t have any words that would help; no words help me when I’m like that at least.
In the end it always comes down to me pulling myself out of it. It gets exhausting to do it every few months. There’s a sense of dread when I can feel it start up again. But it’s doable.
I imagine you have hundreds of notifications, might not even see this. If you want to talk about anything, let it all out, whatever, send me a message. I’ll answer.
That might be the funniest quip I’ve seen all week
