When I used Instagram, I used it through Instander for extra features (and ad blocking). It worked pretty well, and it’s a mod of Instagram so the interface was the same.

Once when we were studying in biology class, when I was maybe 14 or 15, the teacher leaves the room and comes back with this sort of telly on the wheelie stand thing; he was trying to surprise us with an educational distraction from textbooks and, it was good on paper.
He must have forgotten to rewind the VHS or something, of a nature documentary, and the entire class got an immediate scene of two wildebeast trying to repopulate the Savannah by themselves.
I mean it did work, since it was a great distraction whilst he frantically Goku punched the Stop button as fast as he could, before pressing rewind.
So that when they find his hard drives, he can say the person is actually 3,032 years old.
This is what I have always done. I have a very good memory, and I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been let down by a film purely because of the trailer(s) beforehand just exposing all elements.
I can’t wait for Apple to reveal a desk, with a keyboard built-in underneath the back side of it.
… How did you get rid of the wasps? Or is it a ‘they live here now, Bob’s the king of section 3-b’ sort of thing?
Children of Men.
Give me back my physical keyboard, and I’ll be happy alongside better battery life (or removable batteries).
The last thing I want is a phone I can mistake for a table mat when I’m tired, which I feel is how phones are going. What’s the new average screen size now? 27" or is that next year’s model?
Whenever another guy recommends something I find repulsive, for various reasons, I tend to write off most respect I had for that person.
Lately some guys have talked positively about Andrew Tate, and it’s just made it easier for me to know who is a gullible prick and who to avoid.
There’s quite a few you’d find with a search, phrases in general, however one example out of many is the simple phrase: cakewalk, or ‘taking the cake’. The phrase has origins as a sort of dance African slaves would perform in order to win a prize of a cake.
Here’s a source I found on it, which is short, however there is a longer Wikipedia entry about too: https://birminghamhistoricalsociety.com/2023/02/06/history-of-the-cake-walk/
Edit: I’m sorry I remembered this is about sexual stereotypes. I’m way too high since I went down a rabbit hole and can’t decide on a source. Sorry lmao.
Which one? There are various different stereotypes, and many have roots in some rather shameful aspects of History (e.g.: treatment of slaves). I understand the down votes on this question, however I do suggest people research various stereotypes revolving around ‘black’ men and women. I personally found it rather shocking to discover how many terms, which are used for a general prejudice of all people, originated through harsh exercise of bigotry.
The I Love Egg song. No shortcuts.
Could even make an entire assembly about it. Every morning, spend five minutes dancing and showing allegiance to the vitamins and minerals in you, and oodles of the proteins too (oodle doodle)!
Like slightly longer front human arms?
Wouldn’t reverse centaurs be bipedal?
Sources mentioned here, along with B3ta.
B3ta is a message board focusing on British humour and memes. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, understandably.
His photos were altered to not show the facial scarring he had, from contracting Smallpox as a child, as an effort at the time to make him look better in print.
I remember, in university, at the start of a Latin American History class the lecturer walks in with boxes and straight up asks, “SO WHO WANTS TO DO COCAINE?!?”
Then proceeds to take out coca leaf tea bags, offers everyone a cup, and explains how she was intentionally wrong in her statement to highlight a big issue. She explained the Native use of coca leaf, and how they have suffered from people using their sacred herb in concentrated and illicit ways.
She also gave me a box to take home, because I said it helped with my stomach cramps (medical issue), and it really did. No addiction felt either.
With some teachers you can really tell how passionate they are.
Depends on how my mind is. If I need to concentrate because I am anxious, I try to put on something without serious lyrics, though gentle enough to calm my anxiety down. If I am calm yet finding it hard to focus, I tend to put on light music that I usually listen to, like my most listened to tracks: I find these tracks are the easiest to drown out with the least distractions, as I already know in my head where the tracks are going, however with new tracks even instrumentals when I lose concentration I tend to focus too much on the new tunes and such.
Many times I don’t listen to anything as my head is too cluttered that way.
The new rehash of Florida Man is gonna be wild.
And people think I’m mad for saying ‘thank you’ to my toaster!
I mean, I probably am, but that’s besides the point I think!
