If you don’t need to have an account you can try using Stealth on Android. It scrapes content (available in settings) . i use it with Orbot and don’t have any issues, though others have reported problems.

I only use it for search re-directs though. It does let you ‘subscribe’ to subs, but since you don’t have an account you cannot post, comment, or vote.

I think they look great. I always do a big clean on cast iron. I like the way it looks and all that crud on the bottom changes heat transfer. You can see it easily by putting some flour in the pan then heating it, areas with thicker buildup will be cooler, less buildup will scorch more quickly. That doesn’t particularly matter with a sauce, but can make a sear uneven.

When I could get it regularly I used to make a Mexican pizza with it that always went over well.

Mix of wheat flour and Masa fermented with sourdough starter. Huitlacoche mixed with crema as the sauce. Mix of cheeses, panela, cotija, etc. Then fresh chillies and chorizo on top.

Maybe it varies. The stuff I have had, including growing my own, was quite strong and reminiscent of truffles.
