    probably won’t happen. IANAL, but I seem to recall hearing that most bankruptcy laws have provisions such that you can’t be forced to sell your primary residence to pay off a debt.

      Which is ridiculous if the primary residence is a multi million dollar home. Then the provision should be ammended that you can lose it but need to be provided with a starter home from the proceeds.
