But the DoD under Biden did revise 5240.01 on September 27 2024 which would allow police and the National Guard to request US military assistance on US soil against protest, up to lethal force.
So if Trump were to act on the claims liberals make, Biden and Co have set the groundwork up to enable him to do it. The same way they built cages for kids that trump used.
