We went to see a place in Monrovia today and within the 10-15 minutes we were there at least 6 other families came to see the place. Then you talk to some of them and in my head I’m thinking “you need this more than I do.”

Switched to ATT from Verizon because I couldn’t get cell service in my house with Verizon (not in the boonies, just a weird dead zone) and because they just installed ATT fiber, and they were doing crazy offers last year so ended up getting two new iPhones, and ~$200 to switch to their wireless and internet. You’re not gonna see a huge drop in prices. You might see better rates, but you can refinance. Presuming you’re not trying to sell the house in the next few years, now is as good a time as any to buy. Housing will continue to be more expensive, except in the case of market crash, but even then the prices will continue to go up after leveling out.
