This doesn’t make me uneasy. It makes me resentful, a little angry, and a lot tired. Thanks for bringing it to attention, I will make sure that nothing of that project or from that author will ever cross my ecosystem again.

You assume that those numbers are people who are left leaning, but as the research from the last election cycle showed, almost 80% are either consistently voting or consistently don’t, and the rest are roughly evenly spread.

It might be because you didn’t pay attention to what the administration actually did. There is a problem that US citizens fundamentally don’t know what the president can or can’t do and what the processes are.

People who weren’t energized enough by the perspective of Trump don’t count as citizens anyway. I don’t know what type of energy you personally wanted, but nothing will work on those who saw Trump’s shitshow and decided to sit this one out because Kamala didn’t dance enough or whatever
Believe it or not, there was Internet communication before social media.

Isn’t a guy on your money had a child from an underage slave or am I mistaking him with some other slave holding hero of the country?

Last election was one of the active ones. The people who didn’t participate are roughly those who never do. If the prospect of one more Trump presidency didn’t motivate them, they are truly, totally non existant as citizens and frankly as members of society. Their voices exists only as an annoying buzz on social media, and their opinion don’t matter, newer were.

People who don’t vote and people who can’t vote aren’t important because their voices don’t exist. They can shit themselves on twitter any day of the week until the heat death of the universe, their opinion don’t matter because so far democracy happens in the real world and not on twitter and reddit.
As a googledebunker shit like this makes me googledebonkers

What’s its advantages over Terminator? Does it have any?

After finishing Tactical Breach Wisards, I have decided to revisit the whole defenestration trilogy and now I can’t stop playing Heat Signature.
cook pasta like french fries

calls themselves core voters

It is a solution for underage gambling, but adult gambling is also a problem

There is hope that despite them better knowing how the government works than the last time, they are still ultimately too stupid, stubborn, and unlikable to achieve their goal at dismantling democracy. They will do a lot of lasting damage though.
Threads on Lemmy are open for everyone to see, isn’t that neat?
You can see some in this very thread

Maybe this will help me waste less time on YouTube.

You watch too much action movies.
Most skilled engineers, and even mildly skilled engineers don’t use slopgenerators to write code. Some of them use it sometimes to do some menial tasks, although I’m not convinced it actually saves them time. It sure doesn’t every time we measure it.
There is however a plague of low skilled people who convinced themselves that they’ve found a shortcut to being an engineer. Those people are producing bad things at a fast pace, and the only reason we’re not in an unsolvable crisis yet is that their slop isn’t hitting prod very often on account of being bad.
