It’s going to be a really shit 4 years. There could be a point of no return anytime along that based on a variety of issues, but IMO the most likely point of no return is if/when Trump moves to take a third term in '28. If that happens it’s clearly dead no hope.

For people just posting things online, Very unlikely. They’ll have their hands full with all the immigrants and protesters first, and there’s far too many people who have said something leftist online.

What if there’s not just 4 base forces but 5, or an infinite class of them? Say something that falls off sub-quadratically but with a significantly lower constant than gravity? Or a whole class of forces that fall off less and less slowly, but have smaller and smaller constants as they do?

You get 100% or even like, 60% of women in on this, yeah. Things will change real quick. I’d hope for the better.
If you get like 5-10% of liberal women doing this, which is by far the most that I’d believe, what’s going to happen is the corresponding 5-10% of men get sexually frustrated. Then they’ll go online and get caught up in all the incel->alt-right pipelines that already exist today, and men will swing further right.
If we want a movement like this to work it needs to 1. Not punish people who are already on our side and 2. Provide a better pipeline than the alt-right already has for channeling sexual frustration into action.
So cool, interesting idea, I wish it was workable but remember that a majority of women who voted voted for Trump. Even if men didn’t exist he would have won.

I understand your frustration. I really, really do. But the trouble with political violence is that it doesn’t end there. Look at our justice system - it isn’t about making people whole, it’s about getting even. That’s what the other 40% of America will do. I don’t want a civil war in my lifetime.
So that it’s easy to see that there’s a little bit of snow on it as it melts and know it might be slippery.
