Google Chrome for Android can finally open PDF files on its own without needing a third-party app, and you can try this feature now.

Firefox supports it for quite a while lol
Firefox works fine for me so I’ll stick to it. Chrome will have annotation support for those that need it though.

If you need a lightweight pdf viewer with no frills, muPdf on Fdroid is perfectly cromulent
