    It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out. Congress has in general been leery about ceding its own powers to the executive branch (except, often, when it comes to matters of the military) so this could cause some serious friction — especially in the Senate.

    I wouldn’t be surprised if we see another Supreme Court case come out of this where the corrupt judiciary even further expands presidential power for now good reason.

      Good thing we don’t have a corrupt SCOTUS that will say the constitution is whatever Repiblicans want it to be.
