So… How did you brew? Any good? Looking at those dates it looks like something not available stateside, but those are flavor profiles I like in espresso at least.
Used a Rancillio Silvia for a shot this morning but not quite dialled in yet, got about 30g in 30 secs but even still was quite a sweet brew. I was recommended the roaster from another thread on here and I’m slowly working my way through. Haven’t had a bad roaster yet really! I’m trying to aim for slightly darker side of medium and It’s hitting that nice middle ground petty well so far!
